Unit sizes range from 64 to 166 square meters, covering both smaller and larger layouts within the same development. Prices start at 9,300,000 THB and go up to 40,590,000 THB, with an average price per square meter of 124,531 THB.
A monthly maintenance fee applies at a rate of 80 THB per square meter. For a 64 sq m unit this works out to roughly 5,120 THB a month, and for a 166 sq m unit to around 13,280 THB a month.
With 37 of the 50 units still available, more than two thirds of the project remains open for buyers to choose a layout and floor. Maviston Mai Khao is currently under construction, with handover scheduled for the end of 2027.
