About the platform
What Housebook is
Housebook is a platform for working with new-build property abroad. An agent hands a client over on the platform, the platform matches that client with its local partner in the country of purchase and keeps the client attached to whoever sent them. The agent sees their own share on every request in their account, before the purchase.

Check a contact against the list
If someone sends you a WhatsApp number, an email address or a link in the name of Housebook, look for the same contact among the channels above. If it is not there, it is not an official channel of the platform, and you do not need to reply. The list is built from the platform settings and changes together with them, so it is more reliable than a forwarded screenshot or an old conversation.
What to put in a first message
Say who you are and name your company if you have one, mention the country you are interested in, and describe the task in a couple of words: registration, a question about the cabinet, choosing a project for a client, or a developer asking about cooperation. That way the message reaches the right person at once instead of going round between departments. Client details are not needed in a first message: they are entered in the cabinet, where the request is attached to you.
What not to send in a messenger
Your cabinet password, codes from text messages and emails, and photos of passports or bank cards are not needed for ordinary correspondence with the platform. Signing in starts on the sign-in page of this site, linked above. Do not sign in through links from other people's messages, and do not confirm a sign-in in Telegram or by email that you did not start. If anyone asks for such details in a chat, stop and write to us through any channel from the list.
