Local partner
A deal specialist who takes a buyer from the first conversation to signing, in their own country and language.
- A flow of enquiries in your country: the platform brings the clients, you run no marketing of your own.
- A catalogue of vetted new-build projects across 11+ countries, priced in the supplier currency.
- A deal card that shows the stage, the deadline for the next step and who is waiting for whom.
- Commission on a published plan: the rate is known before the deal, not after it.
An application does not create an account. The team reviews it, and access to client enquiries opens after document checks.
Agent
An agency or an individual specialist who has a buyer but no team in the country of the property.

- You see what the client opened and reacted to, not just that the email went out.
- The local partner in the country runs the deal while you stay informed at every step.
- Your share is fixed on the record at handover and is not revised afterwards.

There is no self-service developer registration: the application exists so that a country manager can contact you, and our team sets the project up.
